    Another excellent movie based on a Stephen King novel

    This is a wonderful presentation of an excellent Stephen King book. The cast is wonderful. Max Von Sydow is fantastic in his role as the owner of the ‘Needful Things’ shop. Altogether a truly enjoyable movie.

    Great, underrated script & performances

    Great actors & script. Premise is an interesting twist on the deadly sins “thou shalt not covet...” by giving things the power to covet rather being merely the passive objects of desire. The result is the inevitable corruption of the individual and the destruction of the social fabric. If you liked Max Von Sydow as the Exorcist, wait til you see him as the Devil!
