As it was discussing, I put it in the bin. It was only the next day (12th) that they asked me to return the disgusting original. It was where it deserved to be -in the tip. Had they said that I must retain the original, I would have done so. Their communication was subsequently prompt - but useless. A replacement was offered immediately, but to process it, a return of the damaged item (even partial pieces) was necessary, as required by our supplier and courier for damage claims.
