    There is no better cookbook from Texas.....

    This book is being given as a Christmas gift to a friend. I personally own several and they are tattered, stained and written in because they have been so enjoyed. Miss Corbitt blazed new trails in the food industry as the keeper of the Zodiac Room in the flagship Neiman Marcus. I was fortunate enough to attend some of her cooking classes. Absolutely a great book and this one was in very good condition.

    So glad I found this unique cookbook......many of my Dallas friends have copies that belonged to their mothers......since I was raised in the north, my mother did not know about Helen and her book.....now I have my own copy! It was just as described and arrived very quickly!!
