    Works Well - Installation could be clearer

    Easy to Use. Needs a good aerial. Portable aerial included is useless Installation instructions could be better. Not clear which of the 4 or 5 download programmes are needed. The last item in the list is not required in UK. I believe it is for German users. I needed to uninstall an existing TotalMedia copy which was faulty due to loss of sound. This is a known fault. I eventually had to do a PC reset to get rid of it Once I installed a fresh copy of TotalMedia from the downloads everything now works fine. Robin Hanson

    Great Product. Great Value for Money.

    A nicely packaged product, which arrived sooner than expected. The TV tuner was very easy to install. It was setup using software downloaded from the manufacturer's website. The product performs perfectly, with excellent picture quality. Apart from the provided TV software, I was pleased to find that it also works with NextPVR, which is my preferred pvr & TV viewing software. Very pleased with this purchase- great value for money.

    Small unit that delivers great picture.

    Using with roof top aerial and very happy with the user interface Totalmedia you get with this and the quality of the TV picture. Not used the supplied mini aerial so can't give any feedback regarding that. Very happy with this product would recommend.

    Excellent item which worked really well

    iDaffodil purchase. Set up on laptop running Windows 10 x 64. Didn't use the included disc but download fresh software from the August web site to be certain it was the most up to date. Loaded drivers (with unit plugged in) - note needed to use the specific x64 exe file - & it was recognised straight away. Loaded the latest Total Media (from the August web site) plus the remote control software. Using just the included small aerial and setting up indoors the software picked up 44 channels and I had a fully usable ready to view TV with a good quality picture and Free View epg Very pleased and expect it to be even better when attached to a better aerial in my camper van. Very pleased and highly recommended product.

    Does what it says on the advert

    It does everything that was claimed. i get all the freeview channels and all the HD Channels that are available on freeview. i also found it easy to set up and use having previously bought the non HD older version. i would however point out that i connected my device via an outdoor Ariel so therefore cannot comment on the performance using the supplied indoor Ariel.
