Packaging was ok, it was not as described, the listing no one states there are white marks on the item”all over” and only lists that it is pre owned. I contacted the seller and it took them a little bit of time to respond and let them know the issues and asked for a partial refund because I did want the bag but they told me “to make sure I read the description “ but the description states nowhere there were marks on it and the pictures don’t show them.
