However, due to an error in our ERM system, the postage label was generated with incorrect size details, and the item was rejected at the post office. We sincerely regret the inconvenience. The issue is now resolved, and as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve upgraded your order to 24-Hour Tracked Delivery at no extra cost.
