I use this to keep my fox who waits nightly for his chicken drumsticks healthy never spotted any sign of mange. I also along with my neighbour used it for a fox who had no fur on tail and a patch on his back (assumed mange) it does seem to have improved it hair grown on tail & back although still fairly sparse so I think it works on less serious cases.
