    Seller sent me a pair of cycling shoes and the left shoe had no insole in it, even though sellers pics showed insoles in both shoes. The package arrived perfectly sealed so I know the insole was missing when they shipped it or else it would have been in the shoe. To make things worse, seller tried to offer me a small refund to go buy my own insoles, saying that “most of our customers dont use the thin insoles that come with the shoes”. -They never should have shipped them in that condition.

    Dura ace derailleur
