The latter arose because the courier had delivered the order to another address in my street but without leaving me a note for me to say where. The seller contacted the courier and was able to ascertain where it had been left and provide me with that information. Hence, I was then able to collect the order, which had been promptly dispatched, was well packaged and was in excellent condition. Many thanks to the seller.
