The cleaning kit was missing and it was evident the machine had not been cleaned (as advertised). The coffee hopper had residue of beans and upon cleaning I also found it to be damaged. The tamper was also unclean. The issues are being resolved and I can only hope the rest of the machine operates properly. Quality checks were ineffective for the product I bought.

The only gripe I have is the use of DPD as the delivery service I had recieved a text to say it was going to be delivered on the 30th between 4 and 5pm I received a text at 5.20 to say I had missed the delivery the photo sent as proof was of a lay-by in Bicester nowhere near my address. Poor service from DPD
