Mine also didnt come with the condensation catcher which they shipped separately after i contacted them a few times. There are a few scuffs on the finish and in the main tank, besides that though it looks good and works fine. No manual or paperwork in the box. Overall still worth the £159.99 considering rrp.

I went big on first go but was ready quickly but was quite messy trying to strip it down to clean, in future may leave it a while try and get it completely empty before taking it apart. So far Frappuccino, raspberry Slushie, and a French martini frozen cocktail have been perfect.

However, when it was delivered the box had been damaged and the bean hopper had been dinted and smashed. I contacted Ninja via eBay messages and got no response. You’re probably wondering how this is a positive review, once registering my item through warranty, replacement part sent within 2 days. The machine itself functions with no issues whatsoever. Very happy in the end!
