Unfortunately the only issue was courier tipped box/battery up on end on his trolley when delivering, despite all of the markings, arrows & message saying do not tip clearly marked all over the box. Courier issue, not the seller!

    Very fast delivery, as described, very well packed. The box was damaged but the DHL driver waited to check is the battery was ok. It was padded so well that it would have survived a drop from a skyscraper so it was all good. Bonus points for not using EVRI! Thank you
