    one of the best books i have ever read. Right up there with "The Count of Monte Cristo"

    This might be the fourth or fifth time I've read the books (all three in the series). I'm a writer and I learn from Stig Larsen and will always regret he died before he could see the incredible effect his books have had one tens of millions of people.

    Gripping enjoyable read.

    You won't be sorry when you read this first of three books by Stieg Larsson. The characters are very well thought out and the story line is compelling. Many surprises. I have heard that some people find it too dark but I do not agree. The next two novels are a must read as well. You won't want to stop at one!

    Engrossing mystery

    It starts off slowly but quickly becomes a page turner. Engrossing mystery and subplots! It is an excellent read and i recommend it.

    The girl with/who

    It's a whodunnit. Normally I'm not a fan of mystery novels, but these are a rare exception. I saw the movie first, and felt compelled to read the book. Incredibly for Hollywood, they stuck almost perfectly to the book, which is why the movie is so good. I finished the dragon tattoo, and am on the second book, and neglecting nearly all else. It is to be heartily recommended.
