    THIS BUYER IS DISPLEASED BECAUSE EBAY SIDED WITH ME IN DECLINING A RETURN/REFUND REQUEST THAT CAME WELL AFTER THE CLEARLY STATED 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW. INSTEAD OF ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY, THEY'RE NOW MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OUT OF FRUSTRATION. IF THERE HAD TRULY BEEN AN ISSUE WITH THE ITEM, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD.
