So I can’t complain, the box and sponge is lovely in itself and sturdier than I thought it would be, also comes with a cushion for necklaces, rings, earrings etc with holes already punched out. I’d buy it again, was cheap and looked lovely with or without the bow. Communication was professional and helpful and quick.
