    Seller replied quickly, to resolve my issues , my item was posted and packaged with a fragile label but unfortunately the courier used did not take care with the item 😢 and it arrived broken. But the seller responded and advised what to do , so I could claim a refund back . I'm disappointed that I can't have this item, and it can't be replaced, but it's not the seller's fault. Thanks for responding to my messages. Will use this seller in the future .

    Arrived packaged in large box but sadly one cup was cracked.I think more bubblewrap could have been used. I reported this to the seller immediately and very quickly had a refund for the cracked cup. It would have been nice if she had commented more than 'hi there'.
