It took just under a week for the seller to ship the item and, when it arrived, the hint book and map where slightly bent. It seemed like they had been wrapped around the game box. It may have just moved during shipping, I'm not sure. Despite that, I'm still rating this as positive because it was still a good value and sometimes things just happen. The game box and contents themselves were as described, and the hint book/map were a bonus even folded.

Although the doll was not in the 'Mint' condition as described the seller did give a partial refund which was much appreciated. The condition of the doll is excellent apart from very loose stringing and she had sustained some damage to her boots due to the way packaging had rubbed on them during transit.
