It seemed like once payment was made, they were no longer concerned. Thankfully, the item eventually arrived after several days. Although the delay wasn’t the seller’s fault, the complete lack of follow-up or acknowledgment was frustrating. That said, the item matches the description and I am satisfied with the product itself.
