For context I chose to pay more for the certified refurb option as a previous purchase had been absolutely pristine - original box, stickers etc. - this one was in a plain box with no paperwork, rather dusty and some light scratching on the shiny parts. However it looked better for a wipe down and I can live with the cosmetic issues. Overall reasonable value.

The only downside is (like other companies) they don't provide a manual. The excuse is that they are saving the planet, and then pack the Air Fryer in enough cardboard to build a shed in the back garden. So when you are starting out having never used an Air Fryer before, have a tablet or phone handy and an internet connection. I do, but can't say the same for a lot of people.

To my surprise there wasn’t a mark on it and one year later it is still working perfectly! So pleased was I that last week I bought my daughter one from the same outlet. You can’t go wrong as it has a 12 month warranty with it. The prices go up and down so it’s worth checking on a regular basis to get the best price!

Poor service from DPD
