Not sure how the one year warranty works as no paperwork in box ... Please do shop around

For context I chose to pay more for the certified refurb option as a previous purchase had been absolutely pristine - original box, stickers etc. - this one was in a plain box with no paperwork, rather dusty and some light scratching on the shiny parts. However it looked better for a wipe down and I can live with the cosmetic issues. Overall reasonable value.

The only downside is (like other companies) they don't provide a manual. The excuse is that they are saving the planet, and then pack the Air Fryer in enough cardboard to build a shed in the back garden. So when you are starting out having never used an Air Fryer before, have a tablet or phone handy and an internet connection. I do, but can't say the same for a lot of people.

However, when it was delivered the box had been damaged and the bean hopper had been dinted and smashed. I contacted Ninja via eBay messages and got no response. You’re probably wondering how this is a positive review, once registering my item through warranty, replacement part sent within 2 days. The machine itself functions with no issues whatsoever. Very happy in the end!
