- s***s (221)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseJust unboxed my new refurbished Ninja Coffee Machine, I was apprehensive but it came like new with all the protective sticky tabs to keep everything in place, all accessories neatly packed & new water testers, cleaning tablets, etc. The quick start instructions were easy to follow although comprehensive, I had a little trouble post calibration of the grind with no water coming through, due to the grind being to fine. 1st 2 lattes were fantastic, foam milk is amazing & looks amazing.

Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?
