      The item arrived quickly and was packaged well. It took me a while to configure, but that's just the nature of a complex device, once configured it's now working perfectly. I bought this to replace a Cisco ATA that only allowed one PSTN call at a time and I now have access to four concurrent lines. A few minor marks, as is expected for a used product, but functions perfectly. :)
