    Advertised as "new" but arrived in a grubby opened box with a partially removed shop bar code and price sticker. Being unsealed it does not comply with the eBay definition of a new item. When questioned the seller says he opens the boxes to check the contents but if genuinely new why is there a need for this? Suspect this is a customer return being passed off as new. Seller has offered a refund but that doesn't absolve the fact it was sold under false pretences. Very disappointing!
