As it was discussing, I put it in the bin. It was only the next day (12th) that they asked me to return the disgusting original. It was where it deserved to be -in the tip. Had they said that I must retain the original, I would have done so. Their communication was subsequently prompt - but useless. A replacement was offered immediately, but to process it, a return of the damaged item (even partial pieces) was necessary, as required by our supplier and courier for damage claims. Unfortunately, the customer did not wish to return the item but still expected a replacement. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and appreciate understanding in such cases.
