    Very understandable intro to thermodynamics and statistical mechanics.

    It's the required text for my undergrad thermo and stat mech course, and I can just sit down and read it fairly comfortably. It's a great place to start.

    This is about a hundred pages shorter than the non-international edition book. The last chapter is missing.
