    I asked to cancel minutes after I ordered, and to be fair I had made a mistake. I was told that the order had been already been dispatched and I would have to pay the £4 postage. I was told I was pathetic, and couldn't read! I am not a bitter Man so I rose above it. Customer service is not this persons thing!
