Communication is ZERO as seller is using some "robot" instead of human being. I cancelled order before was posted as seller posted it after 14/02/24 (I have a screenshot of Yodel web as they were still expecting my parcel.) Seller also lied about posting my item when was not posted or Yodel is lying.
