    Thanks for the feedback! Glad you're happy with the product! We ship quite a few processors, and we've seen the small, light boxes damaged at a much higher rates vs bubble mailers. We assume the small boxes are sorted in with heavier parcels where bubble mailers are sorted separately, making them a safer option for now!

    Great Product, but a major pinning problem

    Sent "as is" with not guarantee, and with a steep price reduction, it was worth the gamble. In truth, the motherboard was in very good condition and performed all functions allocated to it. I replaced the A6-5500 processor with an A10-5800K and the Jasmine screamed with speed. The primary problem was packaging and shipping.Leaving the heat sink and cooler on the motherboard was a mistake as it produced and oddly shaped product. The product had to be packaged side-ways, at an angle in an overly large container box. With little secure wrapping around the motherboard, and just between the motherboard and the sides of the box, the motherboard was able to move withing the container box. This, in turn, resulted in bent jumper and connection pins - lots of them! took almost two days of meticulous ...

    For general computing tasks ...... here's your sign. With dual core performance amd onboard graphics, you will need to jump up to the higher priced i7 series to outdo this economical workhorse! Cheers to AMD for making an affordable processor for the rest of us!
