I wish the handbag would have come in a box rather than a plastic bag because of the bad weather here in Ohio. But it all ended up ok. I could not even tell the lining was repaired. My only complaint is that I wish the inside had been cleaned out better. My cats were not happy with the animal hair in the bottom of the bag. I turned it inside out and used laundry detergent.
