    Much to my disappointment, the firm used to ship the item actually damaged it so much that they could not send it. I contacted the seller to ask for a refund, and he was very helpful and cooperative. I sent him the certificate of damage that the shipper sent to me, and he processed the refund quickly. I'm sad about not receiving the jacket, but it was not the fault of the seller.
