    Item received, well packaged, proceeded to unpack, all contents there as described and condition looked good. Upon testing the soundbar there was a noticeable high pitch hiss sound, that turns out never goes away, and whilst some may be able to deal with it, I wouldn’t have. Asked the seller about any information on this, but got no response so I am slightly inclined to believe that the seller was aware. Luckily for me I contacted Sonos and they are going to send me a brand new replacement!
