Please read the following Terms and Conditions before buying.
1. ITEM DESCRIPTION
Unless otherwise stated, the item shown in the photographs is the actual item you will receive. We do not use third-party stock images in our listings however please be aware that there may be some colour variation from the actual item due to various factors including: scanning/photography techniques and your device’s display settings.
We do our best to describe each item accurately. Please be aware that all our items are original (and not digital reproductions), therefore they may show some signs of age-related wear. However, any particular wear will be noted in the description or visible in our photographs.

2. POSTAGE
By default, all items will be sent using Royal Mail’s 2nd. Class postal service. You will have the option to select 1st Class postage at Checkout, if required.
Items will only be posted to the name and address provided with the order details. Please ensure that you include the correct details at the point of purchase.
We aim to dispatch all items within two working days of receiving cleared payment.
Items sent to mainland GB addresses should reach their destination within 3-4 working days after posting, but may take longer during periods of bad weather, national holidays or other, unplanned, interruptions to Royal Mail’s service.

Combined postage is available, with no additional charge for each item added. However, all items must be placed within your basket first, before Checkout, and purchased at the same time to benefit from the combined postage offer. Items purchased separately will not benefit from the combined postal rate.
Purchases of £10 or over (excluding postage) will be sent using a tracked service. There is no additional charge above our standard postal rates for this service.
3. PACKAGING
As collectors and crafters, we want your item(s) to reach you in the same condition that we would want to receive them ourselves. Therefore, care is taken to package items safely for posting. This means using suitable and sufficient packaging for the journey.
In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we sometimes re-use packaging, but only if it still meets our standards of quality. Our aim is to only use packaging that can be recycled.
4. PAYMENTS
We politely request that buyers pay promptly to secure their purchase. Any payment not completed within 2 days of purchase will be cancelled and a non-payment case will be opened with eBay.
5. RETURNS
Returns accepted.
If you wish to return an item, please use the eBay Returns Request Service.
We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
Please do not return any item before your return request has been accepted.
Any return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item(s).
Once the return request is accepted, item(s) must be returned to us within 14 calendar days, and within their original packaging (unless the packaging is damaged beyond acceptable use).
We will issue your refund within 2 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). eBay will then take 3-5 business days to process your refund. However, depending on the payment method used, this may take longer (up to 30 days).
If an item is not as described, or has been lost or damaged in the post, we will refund you in full, including any postage costs. If you are returning a damaged, or ‘not as described item’, we will provide you with a returns label. You will not need to pay for return postage.
If applicable, photographic evidence of any damage (including packaging) will be required in order to process your refund.
If you have changed your mind about your item(s), we will refund your initial purchase and postage costs in full, but you will be responsible for all return postage costs. We can provide you with a returns label, but the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned suitably packaged and in the same condition as received. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return your item(s) as this will enable us to process your refund more quickly and also enables eBay to see the progress of the return.
If any returned item arrives not in the same condition as received by the buyer, or is damaged as a result of poor or insufficient return packaging, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund (up to 50%) to recover the lost value of the item.
In some cases, we may offer a full refund without the need to return the item. If applicable, this will be made clear to you when we respond to your request.
6. GENERAL
If you have any questions about our items, please contact us via the eBay messaging service. However please be aware that we do not accept offers on our items and are currently not shipping outside of Great Britain.
If there are any issues with your transaction, please do give us the opportunity to resolve them before you leave feedback. We are a small business whose aim is to do their best for its customers and provide them with a positive buying experience.
