      I never received tracking info. Contacted seller and was told they'd forgotten to mark it as out of stock! The seller seemed amiable and said they would immediately refund me. However, I am beyond upset as this was to be a timely and unique 2024 Christmas present for a family friend. Id continually told the recipient to wait for the surprise and told them look for it near the listed delucery date (slightly after Christmas). The price of the item was no joke either!

      This item is pricey for what it is- a simple ceramic sconce- but I needed it to match one of the same design that I previously purchased. Maybe it's the hand-painted finish? Anyway, it was just what I needed. Shipping was delayed, which I only learned by contacting the seller when tracking showed it would not arrive when promised. Seller said, "oh, it was back ordered," but I had to ask rather than seller letting me know, thus my lower rating for "shipping time" and "seller communication."
