However, I will mention that I paid a premium to have a pristine model, rather than good - but when it arrived, one leg was snapped off in the box, and the rubber grommets on one crisper tray were broken. In Ninja’s defence, they did replace them for me - but it does just question the quality control a little, and makes me wonder if it was worth paying £10 more for an item that was far from Pristine!

I am also disappointed that there was no booklet to tell you how it works. I have had a stroke and can not understand how to do paperless, nor do I own a printer. The only gripe I have is the use of DPD as the delivery service I had recieved a text to say it was going to be delivered on the 30th between 4 and 5pm I received a text at 5.20 to say I had missed the delivery the photo sent as proof was of a lay-by in Bicester nowhere near my address. Poor service from DPD
