    Item arrived damaged due to insufficient packaging (No bubble wrap/Jiffy bag just thin tissue paper & thin mailing bag). Not able to return due to bereavement. Asked seller for partial refund, seller said no which I accepted. Wasn’t going to leave -fb but seller rude & has since accused me of conning her & complained of price I won item for. Very upset & disappointed at this incredibly distressing time. Looking back at sellers feedback over 1yr ago it seems this is a regular problem (5+ times)

    Buyer contacted me 3 weeks after Receiving this item saying she wanted £7.50 partial refund as box was damaged I told her to return the item and I would pay for the return however she said she wouldn’t but is selling the items individually at TRIPLE the price And I have not had any negative feedback in a year as she says.I have reported her to eBay for false claims

    Item sold as new & unopened but I’ve since noticed in seller listing photo, 2 perfumes & boxes are (have been put back) in the wrong place so as well as damaged it was DEFINITELY NOT NEW & UNOPENED! Seller said I took 3wks 2 contact- NOT TRUE! Bought 4/12, sent on 6/12 & rec’d on 10/12 I contacted seller on 18/12 (8 day delay) due to my only immediate relative, my Mum (&my best friend) dying suddenly at 63 on 6/12 All explained in v.polite msgs 2seller. I’ve proof of everything in my fb comments
