The pillow doesn't look like in the picture, it's lumpy and hollow in places. Once you lay on it, it's really hot and hard, making it impossible to sleep comfortably with. Maybe I received a faulty one but I still don't think it's a decent pillow. It certainly does act like any of the memory foam pillows I've had before.
