- h***t (13)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe shipping & packaging was good. But the item I received was not as described. The seller had multiple listings of the same item back to back after each bidding ended. It would seem the seller used the same photos for each listing, as they are identical. I was unfortunate to receive an item with a significant cosmetic difference from what was listed. The seller only offered a full refund to ship the item back. I chose to keep the item as the shipping cost would be higher than the item itself.Reply from: stan15345- Feedback replied to by seller stan15345.- Feedback replied to by seller stan15345.hthtwu said item was not an exact match to listing pictures. NOT TRUE My item matched the listing pictures. Sometimes item in pictures doesn't exactly match item COLOR etc. He ask for a $$ settlement. I told him I'd give a return. He refused a return and wanted cash and he keeps item. I did not fall for extortion like this to coerce money from me. This is violation of eBay policy. Sellers beware of this buyer and other buyers who try this. I thought I was more than fair offering a return.Follow-up from: h***t- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Unlike the listing photos, the plate I received had a noticeably worn embossed pattern in the middle. I provided side-by-side comparison photos, taken under good lighting and a black bg, clearly showing a difference. I only mentioned a partial refund once as a fair resolution, Stan insisted on a full return, so I left it at that and left my original feedback. Stan's claim of extortion is unfounded, it was him who continued to contact me only to be dismissive, and became increasingly aggressive.
