DHL attempted delivery only once without warning, They then dumped the parcel at one of their parcel shops. They sent an email advising the parcel was too big to leave at the shop. Then 2 emails advising that the parcel was at the shop. DHL are impossible to contact and speak to anyone. They are just a very poor courier. By contrast, the service from the seller was first class. My advice to them is to dump DHL and Paclink

The courier service delivering the heavy socket set must of dropped it in transit breaking one of the plastic clips securing the socket case. I contacted the seller and they immediately dispatched 1st class post a replacement clip which I have now fitted. Brilliant service and wonderful to experience a company who really care about their customers.
