      The item is in excellent condition - very pretty, absolute bargain ! There was an issue with delivery , which was not the seller’s fault - seller was super proactive reaching out when she realised the package had not arrived , liaising with Royal Mail to resolve, letting me know she d refund me if it didn t arrive etc. I have never seen a seller so proactively try to resolve a situation before I even raised any issue. Especially given the item was not high value. May be the best seller on eBay!
