      Awful experience the curtains have pet fur all accross the bottom of both curtains and are grubby at the tops and on the linings , they need a proffesional clean seller would not help towards the costs and was not accommodating , was going to return as they were expensive but I’ve decided to keep and get them cleaned but very disappointed in the bad service.

      I apologised to the buyer and offered to take the curtains back for a full refund. This was not in her interest and she proceeded to barrage me with messages insisting I must send a partial refund for her to get the curtains cleaned. I denied and again offered a full refund for a return. She then said she was going to keep them only to open a returns request 20 min later. I agreed. Lo and behold after I ordered the returns label she closed the returns request. Rather confusing transaction.
