    Customer service is really good. Loved the phone in short time I had it. Turned out to have a mechanical problem. Seller responded in timely manner and issued refund after showing email communication with me and Huawei which determined the issue. Would reccomend this seller and their products. Just an unfortunate circumstance which was hard to test unless you were the other one talking on the phone to this one.
