Seller shipped out quickly, however USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver. (This is not the seller's fault). However, the package was too small for the item and smashed the hat. He told me to send it back and he would refund my money. The next day, he did refund my money and told me to donate it after I returned it as he told me to, so I am out $13.85 for shipping cost and my time to return something. Never submitted for a return, never received a paid for shipping label from me, and just sent it back.
