    Pleased with item, it is as described and was packaged very well. For that I am rating positive. I wasn't pleased however with the amount of time it took to ship the item out after ordering- over 5 days. After 4 days, I had politely requested cancellation due to being afraid I wouldn't receive it in time as it was a gift. Another 24 hrs went by, no response, and suddenly the item is marked shipped and cancellation rejected. A bit frustrating, would have appreciated better communication.
