      Absolutely appalling transaction. Beautiful antique garden statue arrived smashed to pieces. Incorrectly labelled 'top' so it travelled upside down with NO strapping or packaging whatsoever!!! Seller ignored messages and photos, so am having to pursue the case via eBay. £154! Shocking ebayer...

      Totally unfair feedback! The item was professionally packed in a wooden crate with extensive packing material. It was correctly labelled TOP. It had obviously been tampered with / damaged / smashed in transit - clearly the fault of the courier. I explained to the buyer that I was contacting the courier to find out what happened.Still waiting for a reply. I did not ignore messages.The courier is at fault. We will not be using Parcelforce again
