The actual delicate electrical device had NO padding whatsoever around it in its box, which also contained all the accessories in it, Including the plug. So my item was rattling around inside its box taking whacks and was badly scratched front and back, mainly from the plug. The plug was touching the device on opening the box. I'm very unhappy about that. That was very poor, everything else ok.
