However the drip tray cover, the chrome shelf the porta filter and the jug were left unrestrained so I must assume that most of the dents and scratches were caused by these items moving around in the box. Literally placed in the box with no regard for what happens to metal parts coming into contact with other shiny metal and plastic parts. But because this is refurbished i can't really complain. Maybe your will be packed securely

Poor service from DPD
