Small sediments on the drip tray however that was negligible as it was washed off easily. Machine was factory reset and worked as expected post doing the initial setup. However the drip tray cover, the chrome shelf the porta filter and the jug were left unrestrained so I must assume that most of the dents and scratches were caused by these items moving around in the box. Literally placed in the box with no regard for what happens to metal parts coming into contact with other shiny metal and plastic parts. But because this is refurbished i can't really complain. Maybe your will be packed securely

However, when it was delivered the box had been damaged and the bean hopper had been dinted and smashed. I contacted Ninja via eBay messages and got no response. You’re probably wondering how this is a positive review, once registering my item through warranty, replacement part sent within 2 days. The machine itself functions with no issues whatsoever. Very happy in the end!
