Upon delivery it was a scraggly thing and clearly not an original Jellycat. Upon requesting a refund they insisted it was Jellycat but I stuck to my guns. After a back and forth they agreed to a full refund without return - I will be disposing of the product as the materials its made with does not look safe. I would hazard a guess that all of the Jellycat advertised by this seller are not real! Do not recommend.
