      I purchased an item from this seller, but the case arrived damaged. I contacted the seller with photos, but they took no responsibility or offered an apology. The seller insisted I return the item for a refund, despite the cover/disc being fine. There were no broken pieces inside the envelope, indicating the damage occurred before shipping. This lack of responsibility and poor communication made the experience frustrating. I did not want to return the item, just resolve the broken case issue.

      Thanks for your feedback, however this feedback only suits your narrative. The parcel was sent well packaged and could not have become damaged in transit. You asked me to buy you a new case and I wasn’t comfortable with this and asked that you send it back for a refund, you then never replied and left negative feedback. Apologies again.

      The case arrived damaged, I provided clear evidence with photos. There were no broken pieces inside the envelope, which suggests the damage occurred before shipping. When the seller asked "What is it that you would like as a resolution?", I suggested a replacement empty case. I did not request a new item or any additional compensation—only a resolution to the damaged case. Despite this, the seller insisted I return the game for a refund, even though the game itself was fine.
