If they say there was so called problem with my address, why did they not contact me. No communication from them at all. Would they have bothered had I not emailed them ? Bad customer service. It should be neutral feedback. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH EVRI DID ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATON DESPITE THE EFFORTS OF THE VENDOR
